ESTABLISHED STRUCTURE
- Fund structured as Quattrex S.C.A. SICAV-FIS, a Luxembourg partnership limited by shares, allowing for variable share capital and optimised for institutional investors.
- Operates as a Specialised Investment Fund (Fonds d‘Investissement Spécialisé – FIS) under Luxembourg Law (2007) and is fully compliant with the German Insurance Supervision Act (VAG), making it attractive to regulated investors.

LIMITED PARTNER CONDITIONS
Distribution of Returns:
- If the annual return of the Sub-Fund does not exceed 5%, the ROI (before the 5% hurdle) will be
distributed 100% in favour of the limited partners - If the Sub-Fund’s annual return exceeds 5%, the ROI will be distributed 80:20 in favour of the Limited
Partners, annual remuneration after the drawdown period of the investments.
